Ordered, got it next day – mattress not as specified. Didn’t look like the picture, wasn’t the right type, co. that’s supposed to manufacture it doesn’t make one like it, claims to be valued at nearly £2000 – yeh, right!
It took 6 months and a county court judgement to get our money back and even then they were claiming that it was the right mattress. Said we could keep the one delivered; wow, they left us a £1985 mattress in exchange for the £179 one that we wanted – how generous was that!
