This site has come about because of my mega saga with MattressNextDay (Bedsonline.biz) and the appaling service I have had from them. The service and quality provided is so bad I am shocked that they can get away with it.

Others need to know how bad MattressNextDay is so they can avoid this company and go elsewhere.

Why Rubbish?

• Aggressive and very rude employees
• Website gives incorrect information
• Employees give out incorrect information
• Doesn’t know its arse from its elbow
• Accuses its customers of lying and not knowing what they are talking about
• Deliberate mis information to confuse its customers
